Raw Bovete gröt

I morse gjorde jag en helt fantastisk frukost - Raw bovetegröt.

Jag tog 1dl hela bovetekorn och la i vatten i 30 min.
Sen sköljde jag dem väl och riktigt såg till att "slemmet" försvann. Därefter la jag dem i mixern och hade ner två riktigt gulbruna små eko bananer... söta som attan och kryddade med kanel.
Mix, mix och sim sa la bim - Färdigt!
Tog hälften till frukost och hälften tog jag med till jobbet som mellis.
Toppade med några hallon och stora blåbär och det var som att äta en dessert... mmmmmmm!

Cosy, friendly staff, interesting fusion menues - great Pizzas, and the breakfast rocks. Mmmmm!

Mexico - Holbox

Holbox is an small island north of Cancun in Mexico. It´s very quiet and beautiful. If you ever go there DO NOT MISS this cosy restaurant. Fabulous breakfast with hugh fresh smoothies and great coffee. 

You´ll find it in the "city center".
